    Our BBQ meats are locally sourced and slow-smoked daily over locally grown hickory. BBQ is served starting at 11 am and when it's out, it's out. We are proud to offer you the freshest ingredients, including locally sourced produce. Regional sauces include Memphis Mild, Bama White Sauce, NC Lexington, and Kansas City Kicker. This season we are featuring our Cherry Bourbon BBQ Sauce. Come on in, grab a sweet tea, and dine on the swine.
